What you will do
You work on the library: the screen where half a million files must scroll smoothly, where multi-select has to behave the way it does in a file manager, and where every frequent action belongs on the keyboard.
This is not work where "it works" is enough. A tile that appears 40 milliseconds late goes unnoticed in a demo and becomes unbearable after an hour of use.
What we are looking for
- React and TypeScript at a level where types help you rather than fight you.
- A feel for performance: you know why something stutters, not just that it does.
- Accessibility as a design question, not a checklist afterwards.
- You write Dutch or English; the team does both.
What we will not ask
No weekend-long take-home assignment. We look at real code together — ours, and yours if you want to show something.
